I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

ALL CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled wax session will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) booked plus a $15 fee

REGARDLESS OF THE REASON

If you arrive 10 or more minutes past your scheduled appointment, your session will be canceled or rescheduled. This will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled. All I ask is that you communicate with me. If you are running late, call or text me immediately. I will do my best to accommodate you. Sometimes I can get you in at a later time but that is not guaranteed. No shows will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled plus a $15 fee.

Cancellation/no show fees are non-refundable. All services and product sales are final sale and non-refundable.
